Residence Karlova is located in the Old Town district, in the pedestrian zone in the historic heart of the town, which preserves the charm of old Prague due to an original architecture. Apartments are situated in close proximity to the Old Town Square with dominant astronomical clock on Old Town Hall Tower - Prague Astronomical Clock and 5 minutes stroll from the Charles Bridge, which connects the Old Town with a picturesque part of Prague - Mala Strana (Lesser Town) and Prague Castle. Visitors of the Charles Bridge can enjoy a unique view of Prague's main landmarks, such as Prague Castle, Petrin Tower, National Theatre, Certovka (Devil´s Stream - called the Venice of Prague). There are also many souvenir shops, cafés and bars in the neighbourhood of the Residence Karlova.
HOTEL ROOMS AND EQUIPMENT
The Karlova residence offers 5 two-bedroom apartments in total, some of which are duplex ones. For an easy access to the apartments on the upper floors is a lift available. Each of the apartments is cosy and modern furnished and has a few rooms, such as a living room equipped in a very modern and clean style, a kitchenette - some of the apartments have a separate kitchen. All the apartments are equipped with LCD satellite television, DVD – player, Hi-Fi, Wi-Fi access, ironing set, safe, work desk and air condition. Kitchenette or kitchen is equipped with microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, stove, toaster, refrigerator and freezer. Each bedroom has its private bathroom with toilet, washing machine and hairdryer. Some of the apartments on the top floor are luxuriously arranged. The big advantage of these is huge space and a fantastic view of the hundred-spired Prague, especially of one side of the Old Town Square and the Prague Castle.
