CANCELATION CONDITIONS
A. RESERVATION – INDIVIDUALS (up to 6 persons – stays maximum 12 nights )
A client has a right to withdraw from the confirmed booking free of charge but not later then 4 days before arrival or on commencement of the first service.
When a client withdraws from the confirmed booking later then 4 days prior to the day of arrival or commencement of the first service, then ESTEC has the right to claim the cancellation fees :
- 4 days and more prior arrival – free of charge
- 3-1 days prior to arrival – fee of 100 % of the first night
- less then 1 day prior arrival or no show – fee of 100% of total price
B. RESERVATIONS – GROUPS (7 and more persons or individual stays longer then 12 nights)
A client has a right to withdraw from the confirmed booking free of chargé but not later then 30 days before arrival or on commencement of the first service.
When a client withdraws from the confirmed booking later then 30 days prior to the day of arrival or commencement of the first service, then ESTEC has the right to claim the cancellation fees :
- 30 days and more prior arrival – free of charge
- 29-21 days prior to arrival – fee of 30 % of total price
- 20-8 days prior to arrival – fee of 50% of total price
- 7 or fewer days prior to arrival or no show – fee of 100% of total price
Cancelation conditions can be individually agreed and adjusted upon request.
